- Delivery Fee: Delivery charges are calculated at a flat rate of ₹10 per kilometer based on your exact delivery address.
- Platform Fee: We charge absolutely ZERO platform fees or processing charges. You only pay for your items and the exact distance covered by our delivery partner.
4. Payments & Refunds
Your money is always secure with us. If you face any issues with your order or payments, we are here to help.
- If an order cannot be delivered due to unavoidable circumstances, or if you face a failed payment issue where money is deducted, a full refund will be initiated.
- All approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 48 hours.
